How to use

• Wear Vantelin Support to support your back by holding both ends of the belt and hugging your body from behind (with the arrow sign on the inside right and the arrow pointing up).
• With your left hand, pull the belt diagonally down to the lower right so that the belt is about 5 cm lower than your navel. Do not let the belt be above your navel.
• With your right hand, pull the belt diagonally down to the lower left.

How to care

• Wash in water below 40◦C.
• Do not dry clean, bleach, or tumble dry.
• Do not twist. Use a towel to wipe off the water.
