How to use

• Set user, date, time, sound, and measurement units
• Wrap the cuff on your upper arm. Position the air pipe in the center of the inner arm. In line with the middle finger (The cuff should not be too tight.)
• Sit and relax. By placing the left arm on a level surface.
• Start measurement by pressing the start/stop button to measure pressure automatically. Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements.
• Press the Start / Stop button to turn off, otherwise the unit will automatically turn off within 1 minute.
